Job summary

CVS Health is seeking part-time Retail Store Associates to join our team. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle cashier duties, and help keep the sales floor stocked and organized.

The role offers growth opportunities across departments, including pharmacy support, with a focus on helping customers and communities achieve better health. The position requires at least 16 years of age, physical ability to lift, stand, and perform routine tasks.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Physical requirements: able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Ability to handle cash, checks and card transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve potential service issues.
• Greet customers and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately per policies.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory as directed by store manager.
• Assist with opening/closing store activities.
• Support multiple departments including photo and beauty.
• Work shifts in the pharmacy when needed for growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
