Qualifications

• Between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
• BMI under 30
• Willing to participate in a surrogacy journey with a trusted agency

Responsibilities

• Provide medical, legal and emotional support through the surrogacy process
• Complete the virtual intake process with dedicated support staff
• Ensure timely payments and confirmations through the agency’s processes
• Maintain open communication with intended parents and case managers
