Qualifications

• Age between 21 and 39 years.

• US citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services with agency guidance.
• Undergo medical, legal and emotional support processes.
• Coordinate with the agency for timely payments and updates.
• Participate in monthly surrogate support meetings.
