This opportunity invites healthy adult women aged 21–39 who have had at least one successful pregnancy and meet citizenship requirements to apply through our agency's intake process.

Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Support Intended Parents throughout the surrogate journey with medical, legal, and emotional guidance.
• Coordinate with the agency for intake, medical screenings, and ongoing payments.
