Job summary

Mount Carmel Care Center in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care to older adults. You will complete assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor resident conditions.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support CNAs, and foster trusting relationships with residents and families in a faith-informed, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current MA RN license and clean disciplinary record.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and support CNAs and families.
