Job summary

Sage Bluff Health & Rehab is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide for part-time and full-time evening shifts in Indiana. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, promote their physical and psychosocial well‑being, and collaborate with the care team to provide coordinated, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
