We seek CNA's, HHA, and caregivers with a strong commitment to quality care for residents, including those with dementia. No certificates are required; prior dementia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• No required licenses or certificates; on-the-job training provided.
• Experience with dementia is a big plus.
• Full-time role, 40 hours per week, every other weekend expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, including those with dementia.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
• Monitor and document patient observations and changes in condition.
• Maintain a clean and safe home or community environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
