Job summary

Foundation Partners Group is seeking a Funeral Arranger to work directly with client families, coordinating all aspects of funeral, cremation and memorial services to deliver a flawless experience that honors the life of the loved one. You will guide ceremonies, confirm authorizations, share options, and ensure every detail reflects the family’s wishes with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a funeral assistant preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Arranges, conducts, and directs bereavement rites, including funeral and memorial ceremonies.
• Confirms authorization to proceed with service arrangements.
• Assists at the chapel, church services, and cemetery.
• Delivers flowers, caskets, urns, photos, and keepsakes.
• Completes and prepares all documents related to services and data entry.
• Maintains vehicles, facility, and property; answers phones and prepares reports.
