Qualifications

• Active Funeral Director license as required by state regulations.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated experience in funeral service or a related field.
• Strong understanding of funeral service laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple arrangements while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• A compassionate, team-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to serving families with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Funeral Service Arrangement & Coordination: Guide families through the funeral arrangement process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism while understanding their needs, preferences, and cultural or religious traditions.
• Care of the Deceased: Oversee the respectful preparation, presentation, and handling of the deceased.
• Compliance & Documentation: Prepare and file required legal documents, including death certificates, permits, and related records; maintain arrangement files and ensure regulatory compliance.
