Qualifications

• Valid NJ funeral directors license is required.
• Excellent communication with families and professionals.
• Ability to coordinate funeral arrangements with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of funeral directing.
• Interact with clergy, cemeteries, doctors' offices and other vendors with professionalism.
• Familiar with EDRS to complete death certificates.
• Work with families in a compassionate and competent style.
• Provide clerical support and handle scheduling as needed.
• Oversee opening duties and telephone coverage when required.
