Responsibilities

• Operates the dish machine and maintains clean dish room and kitchen areas.
• Assists with food preparation across main, school, and catering kitchens; prepares patient trays with adaptive equipment.
• Prepares modified and special diets to match production schedule and menu; ensures high quality taste and texture.
• Performs cleaning per schedules; sanitizes surfaces and keeps work areas organized.
• Organizes, transports, stocks deliveries for school and hospital units; serves meals.
• Manages POS during hospital lunch period; processes food items and handles issues with POS system.
