Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing desserts or snacks for patients.
• Assist cook in preparation of meals and carry trays to patients.
• Clean tables in dining area after meals and assist with dishes.
• Serve beverages and nourishments to patients and follow diet orders.
• Follow infection control policies and maintain clean work areas.
• Operate dish machine and manage basic kitchen equipment.
• Record temperatures and check stock as needed.
