Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Encourage independence and autonomy for clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and other caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with the care team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of client care.
