Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required; EMT/MA/CNA/ER Tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs as indicated by triage level and enter data.
• Monitor patient conditions and report abnormalities to staff.
• Assist with transport of patients between departments.
• Obtain 12-lead EKGs and prepare specimens for lab analysis.
• Register patients in hospital computer system.
• Safely lift and transfer patients and assist with bedside care.
