Responsibilities include assisting with patient boarding, basic first aid, equipment checks, and coordinating with dispatch. EMT certification and a clean driving record are required, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid EMT certification is required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable patient transport to medical appointments.
• Assist with patient boarding using wheelchairs, stretchers, and other equipment.
• Provide basic medical assistance and first aid during transport.
• Ensure medical equipment is functional and stocked.
• Perform vehicle safety inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Coordinate transit schedules with dispatch for efficient service.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Respond to EMS runs and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain EMT certification and participate in ongoing training.
