CommonSail Investment Group seeks compassionate Caregivers to support residents in our senior living communities. You will assist with bathing, grooming, dining, mobility, and daily activities while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassionate patient care in a senior living setting.
• Shows punctuality and reliability in daily tasks.
• Communicates clearly with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent care for residents by assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist residents with dining and mobility, including wheelchair and walking escorts.
• Provide meal, activity, and medication reminder assistance; respond to call signals.
• Participate in Life Enrichment activities and daily programming.
• Follow safety protocols; lift up to 25 pounds; stand for long periods; travel between locations if needed.
