Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid.
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Help clients take prescribed medication.
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or during appointments.
Assist with personal care and hygiene.
Help with routine exercises.
Plan and prepare meals with client input.
Do the client’s shopping or accompany them while shopping.
Perform light housekeeping tasks.
Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
Report any unusual incidents.
Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
