Job summary

Visiting Angels - Southern Pines NC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in the local area, including Pinehurst, Aberdeen, Cameron, Sanford, West End, and beyond.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, mobility, medication reminders, and light housework, with opportunities for advanced training in dementia care and Alzheimer’s care as part of professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Respectful and compassionate.
• Good time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with prescribed medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the home or outings.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with routine exercises and mobility.
• Plan and prepare meals with client input.
• Run light errands or accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
