Job summary

Home Instead Noblesville is seeking caring CAREGivers to join a faith-based, community-focused team providing non-medical in-home care to seniors. Earn $16.50–$17.50 per hour with weekend differential and flexible part-time shifts across mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

We offer paid training, a supportive team, and opportunities for development. You’ll help seniors stay safely at home with dignity, compassion, and a family-like culture in Hamilton County and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to travel anywhere in Hamilton and Boone County area.
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen.
• Must be on time for ALL shifts and clock in/out accurately.
• Friendly and respectful communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation.
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.).
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Medication and appointment reminders.
• Transportation to appointments or activities.
• Alzheimer's care.
