Job summary

Arden Courts of San Antonio is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility. You will work as part of the Health & Wellness Team to provide safe, dignified care.

Requirements include a High School diploma, basic reading/writing, ability to speak English, and prior experience with elderly or dementia; certification per state regulations. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, paid time off, life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic reading and writing skills, able to communicate in English.
• Experience working with elderly, dementia experience preferred.
• Certification required according to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, grooming, and mobility.
• Support meals, housekeeping, laundry, and social activities to promote wellness.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the Health & Wellness Team.
