CommonSail Investment Group seeks compassionate Caregivers to provide compassionate daily living assistance for residents in our senior living communities across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky and Tennessee. You will assist with personal care, mobility support, dining assistance, medication reminders and safety supervision.

We promote an employee-first culture with monthly conversations to discuss performance, growth and opportunities to improve the employee and customer experience.

Formación

• Must be passionate about working with the elderly.
• Punctual and professional.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Healthcare setting (ie, CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics)

Responsabilidades

• Bathing, showering, and grooming/dressing assistance
• Assist residents with dining
• Wheelchair and walking escorts
• Meal, activity, and medication reminder assistance
• Answers resident call signals
• Participate in Life Enrichment activities.
