Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently in their communities. You'll provide daily living support, personal care, and transportation in a safe, supportive home setting.

We offer flexible schedules—full-time, part-time, and on-call—plus training and career development through the LEAP Program. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Support community engagement and recreational activities.
• Prepare meals and maintain a clean, organized home environment.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities.
• Administer medications as directed (training provided).
• Maintain accurate documentation and advocate for individuals served.
