AbleLight in Bloomington, MN is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently. You will support residents with daily living activities, accompany them on errands, and join them for community events, promoting personal goals.

Roles involve lifting up to 50 pounds and require an active driver’s license, background check, and CPR/First Aid certification if not already held.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active driver’s license in good standing with clean driving record.
• Willing to pass a background check.
• Willing to complete CPR and First Aid course if not already certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with dining, mobility, health and hygiene activities.
• Accompany residents during errands and community activities.
• Attend special events and outdoor or social activities with individuals.
