Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Direct Support to individuals in home, community, and workplace settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal cares.
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication while promoting independence.
• Document and maintain schedules; communicate with team and families as needed.
