Job summary

Waves, Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, in-person care to individuals with disabilities.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and help with community outings in a supportive team. We offer paid training, weekend differentials, 1st–3rd shifts and PRN options, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, a longevity bonus, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.
