Job summary

Agape of Appleton, Inc. is seeking a Driver to help residents with daily travel to appointments, outings, and work. Schedules are flexible and discussed at onboarding. The role involves safe driving and assisting with transfers in and out of the bus.

You will work in residents’ homes or in an office setting with climate control. The job includes door-to-door service, weekly bus inspections, and possible additional duties, with competitive pay and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain a valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
• Be mentally & physically capable to assist participants based on their needs in and out of the bus.
• A strong passion for helping others with mental & physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide door-to-door service for clients.
• Assist caregiver with transfer of clients in and out of wheelchair using safety devices.
• Inspect bus weekly.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
