Job summary

Inspira Health Network’s LIFE program in Vineland, NJ seeks a Transport Escort to move participants door-to-door and deliver medications, equipment, or meals as needed. You may accompany participants to medical visits in a small 7-passenger vehicle.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1 year with frail or elderly, a valid NJ driver’s license and proof of insurance, reliable transportation, CDL Class C with passenger endorsement preferred, and a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly.
• Valid NJ Driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Reliable transportation as described in Fleet Policy.
• CDL Class C license with passenger endorsement preferred.
• Maintain a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Escort participants door-to-door on LIFE transport.
• Deliver medications, medical equipment, food, or other supplies as needed.
• Accompany participants to medical specialist visits when necessary.
• Communicate with Transportation Manager or designee about patient care.
