Job summary

ICM, Inc. is seeking compassionate home care aides in Northern Kentucky to support daily living activities for clients in their homes. You will assist with bathing, meals, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and transportation coordination, while maintaining safety and privacy.

You will document shifts on our online platform, monitor client conditions, communicate clearly with families and supervisors, and participate in ongoing training to meet HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year of supervised work in public health, human services or related field, or two years with developmental disabilities experience.
• HIPAA regulations compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care including bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Assist with daily activities and plan meals; coordinate transportation for errands.
• Observe customer safety and monitor surroundings; report changes to supervisor.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities via online platform.
• Support goal achievement to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain a clean work environment.
