AHL Healthcare Group Inc. in Afton, MN is seeking a Personal Care and Direct Support Aide on a part-time basis with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend, with occasional full-time opportunities.

In this role you will provide essential care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting, including administering medications, assisting with daily living, preparing simple meals, light housekeeping, and transport to appointments; MN DHS background check required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and being at least 19 years old.
• Experience in a direct care role.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with daily living.
• Help with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
• Prepare simple meals and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Provide transportation to appointments as needed.
• Support residents in a home-like setting and follow care plans.
