The Center for Family Support Inc in New Jersey seeks a Direct Support Professional to help individuals with disabilities live meaningful lives, protect rights, and form genuine friendships through both full-time and part-time roles.

You will support daily living, encourage community engagement, respect rights, and apply a person-centered approach while collaborating with the team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license preferred, depending on program needs.
• Some experience in healthcare or human services is a plus.

• Support building positive relationships within the community.

• Protect health by assisting with medications and medical appointments when needed.
• Collaborate on service plans with the team and fulfill assigned duties.
• Ensure safety per the service plan and report hazards to supervision.
• Follow agency procedures for incident reporting and investigations.
