Job summary

Community Options Jamestown, ND is seeking an Entry Level Direct Care Worker to support individuals with daily living tasks. You will assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, transportation, and provide compassionate care in a team setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid during training. A flexible schedule and hands-on training are provided, with benefits including health insurance and paid leave.

Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Access to a working mobile phone.
• CPR and First Aid certified, or ability to obtain during new hire training.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance where required.
• Pass a criminal background check including MVR and drug screening.
• Complete required trainings/certifications within the specified time frame.
