Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Delmont, PA. This contract role focuses on helping individuals develop daily living and social skills, and engaging them in community activities to promote independence.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and be willing to drive clients in a personal car. Training and on-going support are provided by the team.

• Willing and able to drive individuals in personal car throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist Individuals as they develop and maintain skills to improve their daily-living and social skills.
• Engage in activities with Individuals to live more independently within the community and/or be more productive and participatory in community life.
• Maintain annual 24 hour training requirements.
