Beacon Specialized Living in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and with dignity.

As a DSP, you will assist with daily living, support social activities, prepare meals, and transport individuals to events while learning from on-site training. A driving record and a GED/HS diploma are required, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities through our LEAP program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care
