Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA.
• Experience assisting clients with fall risk and limited mobility.
• Able to provide incontinence and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, hygiene.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Driving chores include errands and appointments support.
• Grocery shopping as needed.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Communicating with family and care team.
• Follow the care plan and complete assigned tasks.
