• Two valid professional references.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide toileting and hygiene support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Support client mobility and safety.
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical).
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervisor.

Skills

Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently

Neat appearance and practices good personal hygiene

Education

Completed Competency Exam or PA-compliant training program

Current CPR Certification

Proof of Pennsylvania Residency for the past two years
