• Successful completion of a personal care aide/direct care aide training approved by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provides compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living.
• Connects with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities.
• Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
