Elderwood at Lockport is seeking a Dining Services Associate to support our residents with healthy, delicious meals. This full-time role covers 11am-7pm with weekend rotation and a focus on safe food handling.

You will assist with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen sanitation while following dietary orders and facility policies. Strong customer service and reliability are valued as you contribute to a positive dining experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and valid employment certificate/permit.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents according to policy and shift assignments.
• Adhere to diet orders, texture modifications, and menu preferences during preparation and service.
• Perform duties of the position during shifts following safety regulations.
• Serve meals according to seating charts and tray instructions, when required.
• Assist in kitchen and equipment care and sanitation; participate in staff meetings and trainings.
