Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years
• Employment Certificate/Permit required for applicable individuals
• Prior customer service experience required
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
• Physical stamina for constant activity
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior food service, hospitality, serving, or restaurant experience desired

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation and delivery of meals to residents according to policy
• Adheres to diet orders and menu preferences during preparation and service
• Performs responsibilities of designated position during shift with safety standards
• May serve meals to residents in dining areas per seating and tickets
• Assists in care and maintenance of kitchen and equipment
• Participates in staff meetings and inservices
• Interacts with residents/family regarding meal service quality
• Uses electronic timekeeping system as directed
• Arrives on time and works as scheduled
• Follows dress code and HIPAA policies
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
