Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dining Server to provide timely, professional meal service and create a warm dining experience for residents and guests. You will take and deliver orders, assist with menu selections, and help maintain a clean dining area in a senior living community.

You will participate in pre-meal briefings, use Sunrise systems for order entry, and follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a hospitable environment with excellent service every shift.

Qualifications

• Provide timely, professional meal service to residents and guests.
• Assist residents with menu selections and describe menu items.
• Follow Sunrise standards to take and deliver orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide general menu descriptions.
• Bus and reset tables per community standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro.
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties.
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings.
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
