Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining services team. You will serve meals, uphold sanitary standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.

No prior restaurant experience is required, but any hospitality background helps. You will work with a team, handle resident concerns professionally, and follow safety and service standards. This role requires good communication and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude that fosters a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Tactfully and professionally, handle resident concerns and complaints.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
