Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dining Room and service preparation.
• Provide meal, dining and table service to residents and guests.
• Respond to resident and guest inquiries pertaining to meals.
• Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Garnish and decorate dishes prior to serving.
• Serve patrons from chafing dish at the dining table.
• Observe diners to respond to additional requests and determine when a meal is completed.
• Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
