Job summary

Evergreen Village of Bloomington is seeking a dedicated dining services team member to prepare nourishing meals and beverages for residents, while accommodating dietary needs. You will set up dining areas and ensure a clean, welcoming space for meals and social gatherings.

Failing to maintain sanitary kitchen practices and safety standards is not an option; you will engage residents with warmth, compassion, and dignity in every interaction, supporting a respectful, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completion of a ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start date.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serves high-quality meals, snacks, and beverages to residents, considering dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Prepares dining areas and maintains a clean, welcoming environment for meals and social gatherings.
• Maintains sanitary kitchen practices and adheres to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate manner reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity.
