Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Food Handlers Certification is required.
• At least one year of experience working in a food service setting.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Compassion and patience.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist residents with dining needs, such as cutting food, opening packages, and pouring beverages
• Clear and clean tables after meals
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared correctly and on time
• Interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Report any concerns about residents' health or well-being to the appropriate staff
