Anoka Rehabilitation & Living Center, part of Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS), is seeking a friendly Dietary Assistant to help with meal service and dining room setup. You will engage residents, assist with food preparation, and ensure a welcoming environment for those we serve.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand procedures used for work assignments, instructions, recipe directions and diet order cards.
• Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assists in food preparation and ensures dining room is ready for service.
• Daily interaction and conversation with residents while serving them meals.
• Cleaning duties and maintaining a friendly environment for residents.
