Reflections Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated dining services associate for Heritage Woods of Centralia in Centralia, IL. This role focuses on providing high-quality meals and a welcoming dining environment for residents.

You will prepare dining areas, maintain cleanliness and safety, and interact with residents in a compassionate manner that embodies dignity and respect. This position is full-time, with first-shift hours.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completion of a ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start date.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents with dietary considerations.
• Prepares dining areas to create a clean, welcoming environment for meals and social gathering.
• Maintains kitchen sanitation and organization while following safety protocols.
• Engages with residents in a warm, compassionate manner reflecting love, compassion, and dignity.
