Reflections Retirement Community in Rockford, IL is seeking a part-time dining assistant to join Grand Victorian of Rockford. You will prepare and serve nourishing meals and beverages to residents while honoring dietary needs and preferences.

You will maintain clean dining spaces, assist in creating a welcoming environment for social meals, and follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards with compassion and dignity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Completion of ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals and beverages to residents per dietary needs.
• Prepares dining areas for social meals and maintains welcoming environment.
