Job summary

Paycom is seeking compassionate dining services staff to nourish residents with meals, snacks, and beverages while respecting dietary needs. You will prepare dining spaces and maintain a clean, inviting dining environment for social gatherings.

You will ensure sanitary kitchen practices and safety protocols, engaging with residents in a warm, dignified manner aligned with our values of love and care.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals, snacks and beverages to residents considering dietary restrictions.
• Prepare dining areas to create a clean, welcoming environment for social meals.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Engage with residents in a compassionate, respectful manner reflecting values of love and dignity.
