Qualifications

• Physically capable of long shifts, standing, and moving supplies.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Clear dining areas and collect plates, glasses, and utensils.
• Discard leftovers and take out garbage; maintain clean food stations.
• Wash dishes and cookware; monitor inventory and assist with kitchen supplies.
• Support menu planning and keep track of expenses as needed.
