Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Wayne, NE is seeking a Dining - Dietary Aide for PRN flex shifts. You will provide courteous dining room service, support residents with daily care needs related to meals, and maintain a clean, organized dining area according to policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and may favor experience in a commercial restaurant or assisted living environment. You will follow food policies, handle special requests, and assist with food prep and service while upholding

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Prefer prior experience in a commercial restaurant, assisted living or SNU environment.
Must follow oral and written instructions and maintain sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

Provide table services to residents and guests per Omega Senior Living standards.
Maintain a clean and orderly dining room and service area.
Assist with food plating, garnishing, and preparation as directed.
Handle special requests and accommodate residents whenever possible.
Ensure proper sanitation, stocking, and organization of dining areas.
