Job summary

Magnolia Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Columbia, TN is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to ensure residents receive quality meals in a clean and safe environment. The role supports meal preparation, tray setup, delivery, and collaboration with dietary and nursing teams.

Experience is welcome but not required; strong reliability and a team-focused attitude are valued. Full-time and part-time opportunities with weekends/holidays as needed are available.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and food portioning.
• Set up trays and deliver meals to residents in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy of meal trays based on dietary restrictions.
• Clear trays and assist with dishwashing after meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow all food safety and infection control procedures.
• Stock supplies and assist with kitchen organization.
• Work closely with dietary and nursing teams to meet resident needs.
